Anhand einzelner Sequenzen und Diagonalen erforschen wir, wie wir den Körper einsetzen und nutzen können, um fließend zwischen den Raumebenen zu wechseln und uns nah am Boden fortzubewegen. It is finding flow. In my journey of exploring the meaning and different styles of performance and dance in my life, I collected knowledge from different teachers in the universe of dance and theatre, among others in Tübingen, Amsterdam, New York, Leipzig and Berlin. In my (dance) life I often got told “you are thinking too much”. I started a journey figuring out what the issue is. And this is what I found: as a person of brain and heart – body and mind – thinking was not the problem, but the judgement in my thinking. Judgement, that was stopping the flow of movement in body and mind.In this workshop I will share my experience and combine movement improvisation and a free writing practice to find flow in body AND mind. Asking, from time to time: Will you remember?&nbsp; Dedicated to my lost memories ABOUT Prominent in the performance is the emotional expression of a “silent scream” (a facial expression of a scream, without the sound of a scream). The silence of the scream shifts the focus on the physical expression of the body, almost 'neutralising' the scream. A 'neutralisation' in the sense, that the action of the scream is not telling one specific reason for screaming, but opening the space for personal interpretation and connection with the image of the screaming bodies. ABOUT During the performance the space turns into a visual refrigerator, inhabited by five performers executing an unstoppable and inevitable task of framing the white space with red tape with almost frightening determination. The performance is driven by individual scores and tasks that each performer follows throughout the performance, constantly relating to each other. Prominent to the work is the design of the space, choice of colours, lighting as well as the distinct and comprehensible action of the different performers.
